This series was designed to assist those who are experiencing the emotional turmoil of grief. It will help you to cope with the broad spectrum of emotions that are experienced during the grieving process by allowing you to accept and then release these feelings. During the Grief Recovery series you will learn how to start taking care of yourself by saying “yes” to things that are uplifting and by saying “no” to people and situations that are a barrier to your healing. Each session will teach you the importance of forgiveness and the freedom that comes with it. This will ultimately restore hope, a thankful heart and a new passion for life.
It is normal to accept the grief and the painful feelings that you are experiencing. You need to allow yourself to feel all of the emotions associated with your grief.
You need to forgive yourself and everyone around you for the disappointment and pain in your life. Without forgiveness you cannot be released from the hurt and be free to go on with your life.
This session promotes healing by helping you to develop a heart and attitude of gratitude. It will teach you to appreciate what you have in your life and to create an environment that attracts more goodness into your life.
